The UTE UTD Series is part of Universal Tool & Engineering’s new line of Deburring Machines.  These high efficiency machines offer deburring, edge-rounding, and oxidation removal. UTD Series machines range from 21”- 51” with fully enclosed high-speed polishing capable of feeding speeds up to 5 inch/s.  Other added features include: Planetary Disc System with quick release system, HMI with CNC controller allowing independent brush control, and customized brush configurations.

Planetary Disc System

  • Quick release system allows for quick and easy disc changeover.
  • Provides quick consistent sanding results.
  • The planetary system rotates both the main discs as well as the inner brushes to allow for total part coverage.

Customized Brush Configuration Examples:

  • Depending on the different types of the parts, the configuration can be customized to meet the needs.
  • Fully enclosed for personnel protection.
