Office Manager/Bookkeeper-Manufacturing

Job Description:
Universal Tool & Engineering has an opportunity for an experienced Office Manager/Bookkeeper with strong accounting and administrative skills. Applicant would be responsible for processing the full cycle of accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, job costing, collections, and other weekly reports.

If you have excellent general bookkeeping and accounting skills, a can-do attitude in a team environment that pride yourself on excellent customer service and creative problem solving, you may qualify for this position. This position reports directly to the President.

Essential Qualifications
• Minimum of 4 years of extensive bookkeeping experience in a small office environment at a company with at least $1 Million in revenue
• Verifiable expertise with accounting software programs
• Computer proficiency, including MS office Suite (Word, Excel), internet, email
• Associates degree in business or equivalent experience

Essential Duties
• Complete hands-on responsibility for the bookkeeping and office management functions
• Processing of AR/AP and collections activities
• Maintenance of the General Ledger
• Preparation of other financial reports as indicated by management
• Ensure that the administrative and data entry functions are completed in a timely, accurate and confidential manner
• Other functions as directed by the President

Tool And Die Maker

Job description:
To build and repair all types of dies including progressive dies. Assemble and try out complex tools and dies on manufacturing equipment. Work from blue prints or from customers specifications.
Applicant must have a team player mentality with good communication skills and be customer service oriented.


Service/Training Technician

Job Description:
Applicant must have comprehensive understanding of machine tools to include mechanical functions, hydraulics, pneumatics and electronic servo-controlled systems.
Applicant must have a team player mentality with good communication skills and be customer service oriented.
Applicant must be able to travel.
