In this month’s Employee Spotlight, we’re excited to feature Will Leonard, our Northern Mid-West Sales Representative at UTE. Will has been with the company for about a year and a half and has quickly become a valuable part of the team. In his role, he works closely with customers throughout the region, helping them find the right solutions while building strong relationships along the way. Will brings a great attitude to his work each day and enjoys the constant learning that comes with being part of a fast-moving industry.
Outside of work, Will enjoys spending time with his family and is excited to soon step into a new role — becoming a dad! When he’s not working, you’ll often find him out on the golf course, catching a good movie or show, or simply enjoying time with the people closest to him. One of the things Will appreciates most about working at UTE is the opportunity to constantly expand his mechanical and industry knowledge. As he puts it, you begin to realize just how much the work we do contributes to the world’s progress, and it’s rewarding to know we play a small part in that. Will’s enthusiasm, curiosity, and commitment to learning make him a great addition to the UTE team.
