UTE ALPINE NC SERIES HYDRAULIC SINGLE STACK NC TUBE BENDERS

The UTE Alpine NC tube bending machines are economical, hydraulic-drive, single-axis tube and pipe benders designed for precise, repeatable draw bending in production or prototype environments. Featuring a PLC-based Master I Controller with 10″ touch screen and 3D graphic display, these right-hand, single-stack machines use a hydraulically driven C (bending) axis with manually operated Y (feeding) and B (rotation) axes, including optional 4-position DBB flip stops for quick setups. With hydraulic Pressure Die Assist, water cooling, and multi-bend program storage, the NC tube bending machines deliver accurate, consistent bends across a wide capacity range, from the compact AB38NC (up to 1.5″ OD) through the heavy-duty AB220NC (up to 9.0″ OD), making them ideal for furniture, automotive, motorcycle, display, tube fabrication, and fitness equipment applications.

The UTE Alpine T Series consists of high-production twin-head hydraulic tube benders engineered for rapid, symmetrical part manufacturing. Equipped with NC or CNC touch-screen control, multi-groove tooling, and powerful crank-link compression systems, these machines deliver extremely strong forming pressure, rapid bending head movement, and exceptional anti-slip locking to ensure consistent quality in high-volume operations. T-Series models range from 4-axis twin-head configurations to 5-axis versions with servo-driven rotation, supporting in-plane bending, out-of-plane bending (T38-90), or both.
