In this month’s Employee Spotlight, we’re excited to highlight Matt Becker, a Service Technician at UTE who brings deep experience, dedication, and a positive, can-do attitude to the team every day. Matt has been with UTE for three years and has nearly 15 years of hands-on experience working with industrial equipment. Known for his reliability and technical skill, he plays a key role in keeping systems running smoothly and customers supported. His strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset help keep projects on track, and he’s someone coworkers can consistently rely on when challenges come up. Matt takes pride in tackling complex issues and delivering high-quality work, helping keep the company operating at its best.
Outside of work, Matt is 33, married, and a proud father to a young son. He enjoys backpacking, working on vehicles and older PCs, and building towering block structures just so his son can happily knock them down. He has also completed a triathlon, a great reflection of his persistence and drive. What Matt enjoys most about working at UTE is the steady stream of technical challenges that keep his mind engaged and motivated. His dedication, upbeat attitude, and commitment to doing the job right make him a valued part of the team and a great example of the people who keep UTE moving forward every day.
