The UTE UCH Series is part of Universal Tool & Engineering’s newest line of sheet metal press brake machines. These machines boast exceptional accuracy with positioning within 0.025mm and repeated positioning within 0.01mm, achieving intricate designs and flawless bends on various sheet widths and sizes. Maximizing productivity with high-speed, high accuracy bending capabilities, these machines range from 50 to 320 ton capacity. Standard press brake bending machine features include: Automatic Back Stopper Mechanism, Quick Release and Clamping Function, Multiple Lower Limits, and Precision Liner Scale.

Automatic Back Stopper Mechanism

  • The servo driven positioning shaft allows two sets of slide blocks to drive the material for exceptional accuracy. A closed mechanical structure, Fast Travel Speed, High Stability, High Repeatability and Position Accuracy.

Quick Release and Clamping Function

  • Quick clamping mechanism for upper punch tooling allows for quick, simple, and stable tooling changeover. High clamping accuracy with quick release and clamping improves tooling changeover time, which reduces setup time.

Multiple Lower Limits

  • Direct control of the digital encoder allows the height of the stopper table to be directly controlled avoiding unnecessary empty travel. Thus, greatly improving production efficiency.

Back Gauge Stopper

  • Two of the stopper fingers can be move by independent motor mounted on two of the fingers, the button placed on the foot pedal.

Precision Liner Scale

  • The Linear scale is the fastest and most accurate feedback to control the servo valve at any position.
