The UTE TAUS Series is Universal Tool & Engineering’s newest line of Tube Fiber Laser Cutting Machines. With positioning accuracy within 0.05mm and repeated positioning accuracy within 0.05mm, these laser pipe cutting machines boast exceptional accuracy, achieving intricate designs and flawless cuts on various tube sizes. To maximize productivity with high-speed cutting capabilities, these machines’ maximum acceleration ranges from 0.8G to 1.5G and range from 80m to 120m per minute. Standard laser pipe cutting machine features include: Pneumatic Auto-Correcting Centering Chuck, Integrated Machine Frame, High-Precision cutting software, and Efficient Auto-Lubrication System. Pneumatic Auto-Correcting Centering Chuck

  • Pneumatic Support Rollers automatically align the pipe to the center of the chuck.

Tube Cutting Software

  • Cypcut FSCUT5000 pipe cutting system supports high-precision and high-efficiency cutting of square pipes, round pipes, racetrack-shaped, elliptical, and other stretched pipes, as well as angle steel and channel steel.

Efficient Auto-Lubrication System

  • Manually set the number and time interval of automatic lubrication according to the length of equipment use
  • Automatic lubrication of guide rails, sliders, gears, racks, and other components, recycling, and centralized processing of lubricating waste oil.
