With growing health concerns, UTE is adhering to all Center for Disease Control and Prevention workplace guidelines. As you know from the media outlets, this is a dynamic climate with changes and updates coming daily.

Universal Tool & Engineering will remain OPEN for business. We look forward to providing you with the sales, service, and support you’ve come to expect from us.
1. Our sales and service team remains mobile, so if requested, we can visit your facility for sales inquiries and support service. *This will also be determined by CDC recommendations to ensure the safety of our traveling technicians.
2. We can remotely troubleshoot your tube fabrication machines and participate in meetings.
3. You can place purchase orders for ANY spare parts, tooling, and/or tube fabrication equipment by sending them to orders@universaltool.com
4. You can request a quote for ANY spare parts, tooling, and/or tube fabrication equipment by sending the requests to rfq@universaltool.com or filling out a request a quote form on the homepage of universaltool.com.
If any of our employees show any symptoms of illness related to COVID-19, that employee will be asked to self-quarantine for 14 days. Also, if one of our technicians visits any of the CDC defined “high-risk” areas in the U.S. or internationally, then that technician will be asked to self-quarantine for 14 days as well. UTE will continue to adhere to the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and will adjust our business decisions accordingly.
