ELECTRICAL:
Removed all existing electrical control components and wiring
Installed new digital oil temperature readout with alarms
Installed new main drive motor, coupling and spider
Installed all new electrical equipment enclosures
Installed all new wiring, flexible conduits, S.O. cords and related hardware
Installed new cable carrier and all wiring to Y and B axis
Installed new encoder for C axis (swing arm)
Installed new Y and B axis drive system (AC Servo Motors)
Installed all new machine sensors and wiring
Install new BendPro G2 control
Installed new safety mat system
MECHANICAL: (All tool mounting standard)
Completely stripped-down machine, sand blast and paint with one coat epoxy primer and one coat color
Rebuild swing arm shaft with all new mechanical components
Rebuild master collet assembly and install new thrust bearing on collet closer
Rebuild wiper die mounting if equipped
Rebuild mandrel base and adjustment nut
Installed new wear strips on swing away clamp, re-grind or replace clamp slide
Installed new wear strips on pressure die holder
Installed new wear strips on pressure die slide way, clean and lube then re-assemble and adjust
Installed new pins and bushings on swing arm
Installed new bearings on B axis spindle
Installed new swing arm bearings. Check and adjust preload on bearings
Installed new drive chain and mounting links, replace idlers and bearings on chain
Installed new slide way and bearings on carriage
Installed new machine lube pump, replace all lines, hoses, meter units and fittings
HYDRAULIC:
Rebuilt all old hydraulic components, lines, fittings, pumps and valves
Cleaned out reservoir, install new suction screens
Installed new hydraulic electric solenoid valves
Installed refurbished proportional valve for bend axis
Installed new pressure control gauges
Installed rebuilt pressure compensated main pump
